PRIVACY
Jarvis privacy policy
Jarvis is a private personal operations assistant operated for one owner. It is not a public service and does not provide accounts to other people.
Information Jarvis can access
When the owner connects Google Workspace, Jarvis can access the Google data the owner authorizes, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Docs, and Sheets. Jarvis may also process messages and instructions sent by the owner through Telegram.
How information is used
Information is used only to perform tasks the owner requests: reading and organizing email, checking or managing calendar events, finding files and contacts, research, and personal workflow assistance. Jarvis does not sell personal information or use Google Workspace data for advertising.
Sharing and processing
Jarvis does not share the owner’s data with unrelated third parties. When the owner directs a task that needs language-model processing, relevant task content may be processed by the configured model provider. The current provider is used through the owner’s authenticated account.
Storage and security
Authorization tokens and service state are stored on the owner’s private VPS with restricted filesystem permissions. Tokens are not written to application logs or committed to source control. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google account.
Retention and deletion
The owner controls the VPS and can remove Jarvis state and revoke Google authorization at any time. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact the operator through the Jarvis Telegram channel.
